It’s designed to help you release energetic debris, restore inner balance, and reconnect with the wisdom of your soul. ​ Session Structure First 30 Minutes – Intuitive Energy Reading & Counseling (via Zoom, Phone, or In-person) The session begins with a live, one-on-one energy reading. Amy connects directly to your energy field to assess: Chakra health and balance Aura condition and energy body alignment Emotional residue and energetic blockages Root causes of physical, emotional, or spiritual symptoms​ ​ This portion also includes intuitive counseling to help you recognize patterns, fears, limiting beliefs, and energetic wounds that may be affecting your well-being. 📹 Zoom sessions are recorded and delivered afterward. 📧 Phone sessions include a detailed email summary. In-Person - you may record on your phone. ​ Second 30 Minutes – Clearing & Healing Following the reading, Amy performs an energy clearing and healing.
